(Sky Box) Pride Party at Fredericksburg Nationals Stadium

Fredericksburg Pride is teaming up with Rappahannock Regional Transgender Support Group for a PRIDE party in the Sky Box at a Fredericksburg Nationals baseball game held on June 7th from 6:30-10PM.

We have the 3rd base Sky Box reserved with a catered 90 minute buffet starting 30 minutes before first pitch! (6:30pm)

Tickets are $50 and benefit both Fredericksburg Pride nonprofit and RRTSG.

Come out and show your pride and enjoy the local team's baseball game!

*Only 65 spots are available. Spots are only held after tickets are purchased. Tickets must be purchased prior to event.

     By entering our event premises, you agree to our event participation guidelines which include creating a space where our community can celebrate regardless of differences or disagreements. All participants whether a citizen, vendor, volunteer, paid staff or other are treated with courtesy and respect.

     By entering our event premises, you agree to our the Dress Code regulated by the City of Fredericksburg. "A person who intentionally makes an obscene display or exposure of his person or the private parts there of in any public place or in any place where others are present or procures another to so expose himself shall be guilty of a class 1 misdemeanor. No person shall be deemed to be in violation of this section for breastfeeding a child in any public place or any place where others are present."

     When you enter a Fredericksburg Pride (FXBG Pride) event or program, you enter an area where photography, audio, and video recording may occur.

     By entering the event premises, you consent to interview(s), photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, web casts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on websites, social media, or any other purpose by FXBG Pride and its affiliates and representatives. Images, photos and/or videos may be used to promote similar FXBG Pride events in the future, highlight the event and exhibit the capabilities of FXBG Pride. You release FXBG Pride, its officers and employees, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, or publication and use of interviews, photographs, computer images, video and/or or sound recordings.

     Privacy of the participants at Fredericksburg Pride & FXBG PRIDE is respected, and photography / videography of individuals at the event may be limited by the individuals denial of a request for a photograph / videography / interview. We ask that individuals who prefer not to be in photograph / videos avoid view of the lens. We understand this may be hard in some instances as  large group photos may be taken in an effort to show size of event or the capabilities of FXBG PRIDE. Within a month following the event an individual may request a photo of said individual to be blurred of their face for privacy. Other considerations may be considered per request - FXBG PRIDE and Fredericksburg Pride affiliates have the right to deny requests prior / after to event, with respect.

     Inappropriate photography/videography that, in the sole opinion of Fredericksburg Pride, would reflect in a derogatory manner on the Committee, the event or its participants, is prohibited. Offensive or overly aggressive pursuit of photographs is not permitted.

     By entering the event premises, you waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any use, exhibition, streaming, web casting, televising, or other publication of these materials, regardless of the purpose or sponsoring of such use, exhibiting, broadcasting, web casting, or other publication irrespective of whether a fee for admission or sponsorship is charged. You also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or audio recording taken by FXBG Pride or the person or entity designated to do so by FXBG Pride.
